The Director of Dedicated Business Development must utilize selling techniques to aggressively establish relationships and generate revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing action plans that will lead to signing of new business contracts. You will lead the sales cycle and will act as a business consultant to establish credibility with prospects by understanding their business challenges and opportunities. This is a remote position with travel within an assigned region of the US. There are no direct reports.
- Five to ten years of Dedicated Contract Carriage sales experience (Flatbed, Private Fleet Conversion, Reefer)
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven prospecting skills that deliver new customers
- Financial management and problem analysis skills
